Celebrating 100 Years
New York State Education Building

In 2012, the New York State Education Department celebrated the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Department’s headquarters: The State Education Building.

The Department invited the public to join the celebration by taking a tour of the building. The tours explored the history of the building and allowed the public to view this magnificent architectural gem.
