New York State Talking Book and Braille Library - The New York State Talking Book and Braille Library is an unit of the New York State Library and the Library of Congress' National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. The library provides special library services in the form of braille and recorded books and magazines to the 55 upstate counties of New York (a separate Regional Library provides the same service to Manhattan and Long Island).
