Interlibrary Loan - The New
York State Library provides interlibrary loan service to New York State
government and makes its research resources available to other libraries
through interlibrary loan (ILL). The New York State Library accepts
interlibrary loan requests only from libraries.

New York State Library Online Catalog -
Excelsior, the New York State Library's online catalog, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
via the Web. Excelsior lists the cataloged holdings of the State Library, the State
Archives and the New York State Historical Document Inventory.

Talking Book and Braille Library - Braille, recorded
books and magazines, and the necessary equipment to play recorded books, are available for loan to residents
of the 55 upstate counties of New York State who are unable to read standard printed materials because of a
visual or physical disability.
Talking Book and Braille Library -
School Services - Schools in upstate New York may register to borrow books in braille, books on tape and
cassette players if they have eligible students enrolled.
