New York State's Phase II Race to the Top Application
New York State submitted its Phase II Race to the Top application to the U.S. Department of Education on June 1, 2010.
On August 24, 2010 the U.S. Department of Education announced that New York State had been awarded $696,646,000 as a winner in the second round of the federal Race to the Top competition.
