The first describes the principles and strategy that will guide the distribution and implementation of ARRA funds appropriated to the U.S. Department of Education.

- Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
The U.S. Department of Education will issue guidelines on other ARRA components as they are developed. All available information will be posted at http://www.ed.gov/recovery/ .
Department staff will continue to study the federal guidance and will provide additional information to you as we learn more. We welcome your questions which you can submit to arra@mail.nysed.gov.
